HISTORY

  • 1986 – 17.09.1986 ÇESVAK (Çimentaş Education and Health Foundation) was established.

  • 1986 – ÇESVAK built Çamyuva Çimentaş Elementary School and handed it over to the National Ministry of Education.

  • 1988 – ÇESVAK built Yeşilova Çimentaş High School and handed it over to the National Ministry of Education.

  • 1991 – ÇESVAK became exempt from taxes with the Decision No. 91/2523 of the Council of Ministers.

  • 1992 – ÇESVAK built Buca District Çimentaş Polyclinic and handed it over to the Ministry of Health.

  • 1995 – Bornova – BP gas station was built in Isikkent on an area of 7,582 square meters and put into service as a regular source of income by ÇESVAK.

  • 1996 – The project of IEK was designed with the aim of building an exemplary and pioneer school.

  • 1998-99 IEK commenced operations and accepted its first students.

  • 2001 – ÇESVAK built Foca Education Center for People with Mental Disabilities.

  • 1986-2024 – ÇESVAK continues to provide non-refundable scholarship for students who study in secondary education and higher education institutions.
