Okan SEZER

Okan Sezer, who served as the General Manager of Işıkkent Education Campus between 2006 and 2014 and held senior management roles in Human Resources at both regional and global scale, is experienced particularly in the fields of Education, Quality Management and Human Resources Management. A graduate of the Department of Physics at Boğaziçi University, Sezer held, respectively, the positions of Physics Teacher at Maltepe Military High School, Assistant Principal at the Private İzmir American High School, HR and Quality Manager at Schneider Electric Turkey, General Manager of Işıkkent Education Campus, CHRO at ELDOR Corporation, and Leader of the Career Division at Mercer Consulting Turkey. Having made significant contributions to civil society as Chairman of the Board of PERYÖN Aegean, a Board Member of KALDER İzmir, and a Founding Member and Chairman of the Board of the Aegean Contemporary Education Foundation, Okan Sezer currently carries out his professional work as an HR and Management Consultant. We have full confidence in the contribution that all our members, with their international perspective and vast business experience, will bring to our foundation and our school. As always, the Board of Directors of the Çimentaş Education and Health Foundation will continue to develop, support and inspire all the projects of Işıkkent Education Campus, especially its innovative, research- and inquiry-based approach to education.
